Why do you teach at SPINCO?

Teaching at SPINCO has been such a huge, rewarding step outside of my comfort zone. It challenges me to be vulnerable, to live authentically, and to have confidence in myself.

What motivates you to get on the bike every class?

Community, community, community! There’s nothing like it - the support, encouragement, and strength that radiates from this space is so special and keeps me coming back always motivated to be my best self!

What do you want your riders to get/feel from your class?

I want riders to feel challenged and confident in their ride. To push themselves out of their own comfort zones, beyond their perceived limitations knowing the SPINCO community is here to cheer them on every step of the way.

What is your favourite type of music to ride to?

I love a big funky beat. An eclectic mix of electronic, hip-hop, rock -  anything that makes you want to move.

Quote to live by:

“You need to remember that your excuses are seducers, your fears are liars, and your doubts are thieves”

Where can you find me off the bike?

Checking out new restaurants and patios downtown, thrift stores, or nose deep into a textbook at a local coffee shop.

Favourite day off activity?

Maritime road trips! Hiking, camping, skiing - always looking for new outdoor adventures to explore!
